Local betting landscape
Argentina regulates gambling at provincial level. Buenos Aires City and Province, Córdoba, Mendoza and others license online betting and casino separately, each requiring its own licence and local partner. Advertising rules are provincial; affiliates operate where licensed operators exist.

Rules that matter to players
Minimum age 18. Licensed operators geolocate to their province. Self-exclusion is provincial.
Advertising and affiliates
Advertising is regulated by each province; Buenos Aires City restricts advertising around minors and sport. Affiliates may promote operators licensed in the province they target.
Tax
A federal tax applies to online bets (Law 27,346, raised in 2021) alongside provincial levies. Winnings are generally untaxed.
